We incude salad with paella, and if you want tapas/pintxos to nibble on while the paella cooks, we can provide some tantalizing choices. We can also offer a grazing table with charcuterie and various Tapas below.

This is the most traditional and super flavorful paella and what you would get if you asked for paella in Valencia. Options for cubed chicken thighs, bone in chicken, bone in rabbit, and duck breast.
